- Vehicle registration number
- Vehicle identification number (VIN), mentioned in vehicle registration certificate [RC]
- Vehicle model
- Date of invoice
- Name of the authorized dealer from whom Chevrolet vehicle was purchased

- Specific location of the vehicle along with the nearest landmark

Existing Chevrolet Car owners can also buy Roadside Assistance Service from any Chevrolet authorized dealership. For Retail Program, customers are advised to collect system generated RSA certificate which validates the coverage for Roadside Assistance Program. Roadside Assistance service will be activated within 2 working days from generation of certificate.
